Do it yourself Shampoo



Made my own shampoo this weekend. Have used it twice. My hair feels thicker and it didnt get all itchy like it does when i switch shampoos. Combing it was not a problem either. I've used castile soap as a shampoo before and combing it was a problem. So I'm giving it a 4 out of 5. The only thing missing is the "fragrances". Am thinking I will try the Rose water Dr. Bronners next time.

Wonder of The Desert Shampoo for Dry Hair:
1/4 cup liquid castile soap ( i used 1/8 Dr. Bronners unscented & 1/8 WF *almond),
1/4 cup organic aloe vera gel,
1 tsp pure veg glycerin,
1/4 tsp organic avacado oil

Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients. Store in a bottle and always shake well before using. Apply to hair and allow to sit for a few minutes. Rinse well with cool water.

*obviously if allergic to nuts do not used a nut soap
